This is the author payout reconciliation report. The Ingram sales period identifies the month that earned the compensation. The payment date, method, reference, and notes identify when and how the author was actually paid. Owner-confirmed baseline: no author payments have been made since January 1, 2026. Every calculated amount starts unpaid and appears as a red negative liability. Fully reconciled records can then be archived and retrieved with the Status filter. New payouts use Stripe only. “Send with Stripe” transfers real money and always asks you to confirm the author and amount first.
